Abstract

Goals to be achieved in the presence of this study, among others, is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang, to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang, and to test and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang. Based on the research and analysis of data on the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance (Case Study at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang), it can be concluded that job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang, motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch Semarang, leadership style positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang.
