PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KANTOR DISTRIBUSI PT.PLN (PERSERO) DISTRIBUSI JAWA TENGAH & DI.YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research investigates the relationship between training, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance Distribution Office PT. PLN ( Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta, it is necessary to study the extent to which these variables can improve employee performance.
Taking sample with purposive sampling method, which provide limits of respondent have a service life of at least 5 years an minimum educated D3. Research sample size is 156 respondents. Data collection technique using a questionnaire, with a Likert Scale of 7 intervale scale.
Examination of the research done by the test instrument validity and reliability testing. While the statistical test equipment used is multiple regression analysis, R2 test, t test to analyse the significance of regression coefficients and mediation test.
Results of data analyses indicate that the training and empowerment has positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction Distribution Office PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Training, empowerment and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance Distribution Office PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta. While job satisfaction did not mediate the training and empowerment of the performance.
