Abstract

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine Islamic Spirituality at Work  as a moderating variable for the relationship between job satisfaction and deviant behavior at work ). This research was conducted at Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) in East Lampung, consisting of 12 BMTs with 287 employees. The method of analysis used to test the research hypothesis is the interaction test, often called Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that job satisfaction has a negative effect on deviant behavior in the workplace, while Islamic Spirituality in the Workplace moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and deviant behavior at work.
