PRODUKTIVITAS DAN KETAHANAN BISNIS INDUSTRI KECIL (Studi Empiris Industri Batik Tulis Trusmi Kecamatan Plered Kabupaten Cirebon)

Abstract

This paper tests the effect of production factor on labor productivity with the human
capital and entrepreneurship as the control variable. And the business survive by the micro
economics oligopolies competition approach.This research find that capital effect to labor
productivity negative significant and raw materiel effect positive significant. The optimum
production can be reach, if the firm 8 unit average production.
